The contemporary Japanese restaurant is dishing out exclusive sushi-rolling classes
WHO: Executive Chef Linda Rodriguez, husband and Chef de Cuisine Martin Swift and Head Sushi Chef Fernando Luna of Hachi at Red Rock Resort. Known for her modern interpretation of Japanese cuisine, Rodriguez is one of only a handful of female executive chefs at a major Las Vegas restaurant, and the first female chef to have studied under famed Chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
WHAT: This international team of chefs will be teaching you the basics on how the sushi rolls. The two-hour class will offer each participant their own area to work at with all of the ingredients at arm’s length, priced at $85 per person, plus tax.
