Station Casinos welcomes JD LIVE, a Hollywood native, dance music producer and DJ, to the Rocks Lounge inside Red Rock Resort.
JD LIVE has appeared on the nightclub scene in 1994, and with his dynamic style he quickly became a crowd favorite.
His extensive library of sounds ranges from Top 40 and Mash Ups to Flashbacks, Rock and Oldskool, however, you’ll never know when he decides to sneak some other elements into his play list. The clubbers love him and the party doesn’t stop until his records are done spinning.
His ongoing success and attention to detail with remixes have been profound in the dance world. Never one to rest, JD has launched Groove Universal Records, introducing the best in dance music.
JD LIVE recently told us about himself.
“Music is my passion; I make it, I play it. There’s only one thing on my mind when I’m in my studio or at the club, keep the crowd movin’.
I seek to bring back quality in music through mixing and producing. I understand the concept of when customers come into a nightclub they want to be entertained.
Customers are paying to experience something new. They want the music to keep them dancing all night! I strive to not only to provide music, but also to give the crowd something to connect with and most importantly something to remember…”
Join us every Friday & Saturday at Rocks Lounge inside Red Rock Resort from 9pm – 2am. (Please note: Dark on 1/15/10 and 1/16/10)

I have listened to JD’s sets in LA as well as here in Vegas. He’s one of my favorite DJ’s. Happy to see I have a spot where I know he will be at on a regular basis!
I’ve heard this guy and he tries too hard. Overall from 1-10 I’d rate him a 4!
EM? the dj is not supposed to play free ringtones (no remixes) to keep you from the bar all night
many new bois play for dimes, how you expect better? moto blanco is way expensive for a club lookin like a garage when lights are on
did i say much now? well, clubs are a new invention over here, cant blame them who getting lucky gettin together with money trying
to JD i’d like say this – “dont let one record play more than 2 minutes straight” – its not just drunks in’dere
Never heard of this guy but I will give him a shot this coming friday and then I will post what I think of the DJ. I’ve been a DJ since 86. Nuff said.
Peace,
