Block16 Hospitality To Open Pink’s Hot Dogs at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa

Block16 Hospitality continues to expand its multi-faceted restaurant portfolio with the addition of Pink’s Hot Dogs, the second Pink’s Hot Dogs in the Block16 line-up.  Located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, Pink’s Hot Dogs is unlike any other hotdog stand in America, featuring classic and unique dogs to please every palette.

Replacing Turf Grill, Pink’s Hot Dogs will be located near the poker room and race and sports book inside the resort-casino and boast an impressive 2,000 square feet of restaurant space. Set to open Winter 2012, the menu will be very similar to the other Las Vegas outpost of Pink’s Hot Dogs.

Guests will be able to enjoy cult classics such as the Guadalajara Dog, Poli-Bacon Chili Cheeseburger and Pink’s famous Chili Dog. The menu will include sinful sides like Pink’s Famous chili cheese fries and Loaded Nachos.  For non-“dog” eaters, there are plenty of items to choose from such as Pink’s famous Turkey Dog and Veggie Burgers.

Block16 Hospitality, the locally owned and operated hospitality powerhouse, opened three restaurants in under a year with Holsteins Shakes and Buns in the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, The Barrymore in the Royal Resort and Public House at The Venetian, which all opened throughout the course of 2011. Block16’s impressive portfolio also includes Gallery Nightclub at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, LBS Burger, LBS Patty Wagon food truck and Pink’s Hot Dogs, also at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

Theme Dinners with Beer Pairings Announced at Barley’s Casino & Brewing Company

WHAT: Every Saturday through the end of 2012, Barley’s Casino & Brewing Company will offer a theme buffet dinner at an extraordinary value. For all dinners, beers brewed by Barley’s Brew Master, Jeffrey “Bubba” Amas, will be used in preparation of select food items, and Amas will provide beer pairing suggestions for guests aged 21+. October’s is barbecue themed with food offerings including: Barbecue chicken with a suggested pairing of Hefeweizen Pulled pork with a suggested pairing of Red Rock, which was used in the marinade Ribs with a suggested pairing of Black Mountain, which was also used in the marinade A variety of sides including mac and cheese, baked beans and coleslaw, and apple cobbler All-you-can-eat food costs only $10.99 per person and Barley’s Beer is only $1 per draft or $5 for all-you-can-drink responsibly. Wildfire Sunset Now Open

The grand re-opening follows renovations and conversion from Gold Rush

(Henderson, Nev.)- Wildfire Sunset, at 1195 W. Sunset Rd. in Henderson, opened its doors to the public on September 1 at 7 p.m. following a three month extensive makeover and transformation from Gold Rush. Updates include the addition of a sports book lounge, a fourth location of Wildfire Gaming’s signature restaurant Wildburger, and new games on the floor. The renovations and rebranding efforts demonstrate Wildfire Gaming’s commitment to providing a comfortable neighborhood casino for Las Vegas area locals who prefer a more intimate environment.

Design

Interiors were completely overhauled and now incorporate design elements from current Wildfire Gaming casinos that include new carpeting with darker tones, contemporary light fixtures, a wrap-around bar with attractive backlighting and stained glass, and more comfortable and modern furniture. The mood will be sleek and inviting.

Gaming

The sports book has relocated on the property and now features a full lounge environment with plush leather chairs and three 60” flat-screen monitors lining the wall. Guests at the sports book may now also order food from Wildburger that will be delivered to their seats in the lounge area.

The location offers 150 state-of-the-art slot and video poker machines that will be available both on the casino floor and at the casino bar. Games new to the location include Megabucks, Texas Tea and new video reel machines. Video poker players will enjoy the new Wildfire Gaming Wild Spin Bonus. Players who hit four-of-a-kind with the card of the day hit a bonus button that triggers a wheel with prizes up to $500 in free play.
